About CSA

CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) provides a way for consumers to support local agriculture and farming while eating locally and sustainably.  The basic idea is that you will buy a “share” of a farm. In return, you will get a box of produce every week during the farming season. Depending on where you live, you may be able to buy shares of meat or fish in addition to more typical produce shares. By virtue, almost all ingredients found in any CSA box will be paleo-friendly!

Our CSA

We bought a share of a local CSA from Maple Spring Gardens in Cedar Grove, NC. This portion of the website is dedicated to documenting what we receive each week along with ideas about what we can do with our local ingredients to inspire new and creative meals.
